At WSJstore your satisfaction is guaranteed! Should anything you order not meet your expectations, you may return the item in its original condition for replacement or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 90 days of its original shipment to you.

 

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for personalized or customized items unless the product is defective.

 

Shipping & Delivery
WSJstore's standard shipping method is UPS Ground, which will normally arrive within 2-4 days from the shipment date. Expedited (2nd Day and Next Day) shipping is available for an additional cost. Items in stock will ship within one business day of order confirmation, and expedited ship methods will ship the same day if the order is placed by 1PM Central Time.

 

UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes or military addresses. PO Box shipments will be sent USPS Priority Mail, or USPS Express Mail for expedited ship methods. Shipments to military addresses will be sent USPS Priority Mail regardless of the ship method chosen.

 

Custom or personalized items must be manufactured to your specifications and have variable manufacturing times. All such products will list their individual expected shipping times in their individual product descriptions available on the www.wsjstore.com web site.

 

Shipment confirmation emails will be sent via email when any item from an order is shipped, and will include the items in the shipment, the tracking number and ship method used.

 

Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the subtotal of the items being ordered, as shown below:

Returns & Replacements
All merchandise purchased from WSJstore, with the exception of personalized items, may be returned within 90 days of your order being shipped to you. Personalized or customized items may be returned or exchanged only if the product is defective upon arrival or damaged during shipment.

 

To initiate a refund or exchange request, contact WSJstore Customer Service at customerservice@wsjstore.com or 1-800-WSJ-4002 and request a Return Merchandise Authorization number before shipping your merchandise back.

 

To ship an item back to us, you must enclose your original packing slip with the shipment. If you no longer have the original packing slip, an electronic copy can be sent to you by our customer service agents on request. Fill out the return form on the front of the packing slip and write in your RMA number on the form. Ship your package with the packing slip enclosed to:

If you request a refund, once we receive the returned items, we will issue a refund via the original form of payment for the item purchase price plus any applicable taxes. Items with a gift receipt may be returned for a merchandise credit or exchange. If the item was defective upon arrival or damaged during shipment to you, we will send a replacement for the damaged item.

 

If you request an exchange, we will ship the replacement items to you upon receipt of the returned items.

 

Shipping and handling fees will be refunded ONLY if the return is due to our error, or if the merchandise was damaged during shipping. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend that you use an insured shipping method when returning products to us.

 

Security & Ordering
All orders at WSJstore are placed through a secure server to preserve the safety and security of your financial and personal information. Credit card numbers are not stored in our system once your order is completed. When you place your order, a small amount ($1.00) will be authorized on your card account to validate the information you've provided.

 

When items are ready to ship, your credit or debit card will be charged for the total amount of the items being shipped, including shipping and any applicable sales tax. Orders with personalized or custom items may show on your statement as multiple charges as each item is confirmed and prepared for manufacturing.

 

All credit card charges from WSJstore will display on your billing statement as from "wsjSTOREcom".

 

If you created a WSJstore customer account during checkout, you can check the status of any previous or recent orders by logging into your account dashboard via the "My Account" link at the top right of all WSJstore web pages.

 

Personalized & Custom Items
Many items at WSJstore are available with personalization options, while some others are manufactured on demand to give you the widest possible choice of options. Either of these types of items are considered custom or personalized.

 

Custom or personalized items have varying delivery times and shipping costs. These variations are listed on each product's description page on the www.wsjstore.com website. Please note that WSJstore may contact you via email after your order is placed to verify your personalization choices or to get additional information (such as logo images, etc.) before releasing your order to manufacturing.

 

Because custom and personalized items are manufactured specifically for each order, such orders cannot be canceled once they are released to manufacturing and do not qualify for refund or exchange unless they arrive defective or are damaged during shipment.
